Selection Process

The first step is the selection process is finding the fireplace that is right for you and your home. Every company has their style and options available which can be very critical in the selection process.  We have tried to put together the areas largest selection to choose from, which lets you decide the style of logs, size and btu rating of the fireplace as well as finishing options and add - ons.   Often we like to set up an initial visit to make sure there are no unforseen problems with the install and the termination on the exterior of your home. At this time we can build a quote with a very precise cost and eliminate any extra charges that may occur in venting or otherwise.

Installation

The Fire Emporium uses in-house licensed, bonded, and certified installers.         All necessary permits and inspections are scheduled through The Fire Emporium, making sure to request a time and date that is convenient for you. 

Start-Up Visit

The start-up visit includes a review of the general operation and maintenance of your fireplace, lighting and programing remotes, and to make sure that all aspects of the fireplace are operational and set correctly.
